As a condition of my participation in the Zensual Dance Fitness™ event today, I understand and accept that some of the routines or activities that are part of this class may involve risks for persons who are not physically fit to participate in them. I certify that I know of no reason that I should not participate in this class. If I encounter any routine or activity that is physically stressful or uncomfortable to me, I agree not to participate in that routine or activity.

I will not hold the instructor listed above, Zensual Dance Fitness™ or it’s partner studios liable for any injuries that may occur while participating in this class.

I also understand and agree that all information presented in class is the sole property of Zensual Dance Fitness. I agree not to take any learned methodologies and reproduce them in any way.

I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY AGREEING TO IT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASES.
