F.A.Q's
How do we book our date?
A: Give us a call, send us a text or email. Let us know you are ready to book your party. We’ll return an Official Party Booking contract to you. A deposit is required to officially book your party and hold your date.
Party deposits are due 3 days after the contract is sent. Balances are due 3 days before the party date. Any participating guests above the contracted amount will pay individually at the party.
Hot tip: Have your group Venmo/Paypal/Cash App you the participant’s portion of the party.
What if the number of girls changes?
A: Let us know at least 72 hours before your party, and we will adjust your balance due to the appropriate price group. If you have fewer girls than your original reservation and you do not let us know in advance, the party balance will not be adjusted.
What if we have to cancel or change dates?
A: Please let us know as far in advance as possible. Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable; however, balances can be transferred to another party on a different date, transferred to a guest to use, or we will leave it on your account to use as you wish. No shows will not be refunded or transferred.
Is there somewhere at the studio where we can get dressed and ready?
A: In Dallas – we share studio space with the fabulous MoveStudio. You will have access to 3 large restrooms and a full dressing room.
What kind of clothing should we wear?
A: We recommend shorts if you are participating in a pole party, but workout pants will also work. A large men’s button-down shirt is recommended for the Striptease party. All other parties, wear something comfortable that you feel sexy in. Heels are highly recommended!
Clothing is mandatory. You may wear what you want in the pole studio or dance studio; however, in our shared hallways, please cover up.
Can I do a combination of Pole and Dance?
A: Yes! We will customize and combine any dance types you like within the Glimpse of a Vixen Party and Champagne Goddess.
How does tipping work?
A: Tipping is not required, but is always appreciated. You may bring cash to tip your instructor directly, or you can add your tip to the final balance paid. Tips paid are typically 10-30% of the total Party Price.
Who will be instructing us?
A: You will be matched with a Certified Instructor that fits your group’s style, age and taste. Our team of instructors consists of amazing pole and exotic dancing teachers. We work together to bring you the latest and greatest moves and party experiences. Please note that some of our instructors are not listed on our website for privacy reasons.
What kind of dance experience should I expect?
A: Your instructor is certified in her area of expertise and has extensive experience guiding women in this exciting form of dance and fitness. We pay close attention to your group’s dynamics so we can pair you with an instructor who will vibe with your group. No worries if you have no prior dance experience. You will not find structured, formal dance training here… “5, 6, 7, 8” -not in Zensual parties! We will dance and play at an easy pace so you leave with some new skills and a huge smile on your face! We work with ladies of all ages from all walks of life. We’ve facilitated parties for girls from Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and for more mature ladies who like to keep things fresh! The only requirement is your willingness to try something new and have some FUN!
When we finish dancing, what is next?
A: After you finish the dance portion of the party, you post-dance time is for last minute pics or video, a drink, and clean up. You are more than welcome to change at the studio after your event.
What happens after my party?
A: We hope to see you back at Zensual very soon! Coordinators, book another party and receive a discount.
