Class & Workshop Registration

Due to small class size, PRE-PAYMENT AND PRE-REGISTRATION ARE REQUIRED. All payments and registration must be received prior to class start time in order to participate in class. Purchases can be made online, by phone, or in person.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the start of class for credit back to your Zensual Dance Fitness account. NO EXCEPTIONS. Class spots are held until the start of class time.

 

Class Refunds

All Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Merchandise Refunds

All merchandise purchases are final sale. We do not offer merchandise refunds; however, we will make exchanges for defective merchandise.

If you purchase merchandise online, you must pick up your order at the studio – we do not ship.

 

Tardiness

Please do not be late to class.  There is likely a class before and after the class you are attending. To ensure we begin your class on time, it is important you arrive early.

Your class spot is held until the class start time. If you are not present, your spot will be open to any wait-listed students.

 

Cell Phones

Please turn off your phone or put it in vibrate mode during class.  Hopefully this goes without saying – please do not answer your cell phone during class. It is disruptive to the entire class, so please use courtesy. If you must answer your cell phone, please leave the class to do so.

 

Participants

All students participating in class must be women, 18 yrs of age or older. Students younger than 18 years old must have parental permission and a consent form signed by parents or legal guardians. No one under 16 years of age is permitted.

 

Student Schedule Changes

A student can cancel their enrollment/reservation in a class prior to the start date and time of that class at their discretion. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your registered class, please go online and cancel your reservation or notify us immediately by phone, text or email.

Schedule Changes & Modifications

Please be advised that a class may be canceled at any time at the discretion of the studio. Zensual Dance Fitness does its best to accommodate our students; however, if we must cancel a class, a credit will be applied to your Zensual Dance Fitness account.  The credit can be used for another class within 90 days of original purchase date. We do not offer refunds.

If you become disabled for 3 months or more during a session term, and the disability is confirmed in writing by a physician, you are entitled to an extension of the session.

 

Studio Closure for Holidays

Zensual Dance Fitness is closed for the following holidays:

  • *  New Year’s Day
  • *  Easter Sunday
  • *  Memorial Day
  • *  4th of July
  • *  Labor Day
  • *  Thanksgiving Day
  • *  Christmas Eve & Day

 

Inclement Weather

Zensual Dance Fitness will endeavor to update the website to inform you of any changes. Classes will not be rescheduled due to weather. Your Zensual Dance Fitness account will be credited, and you may use that credit to apply to another available class. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do reserve the right to close early for the safety of our staff and students. In the event of cancellation, we will contact class participants by email and post on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
