Pole Fitness 101 Workshop
Pole Dance Fitness is exhilarating yet sometimes intimidating. Knowing the basic body mechanics specific to pole dance fitness and how to approach your practice is imperative when embarking on your pole journey.
InĀ 3 hours of pole fitness basics, you will learn how to set yourself up with the current foundation with laser focus onĀ posture, technique, safety and spotting techniques.
Each pole fitness move is taught with an emphasis on posture, technique, dance and infusion of your own style.
You will have a routine to take with you as well as a need to soak in epson salt.
Wear shorts, t-shirt and please do not apply lotion the day of your workshop.
