Pole Dance Fitness is exhilarating yet sometimes intimidating. Knowing the basic body mechanics specific to pole dance fitness and how to approach your practice is imperative when embarking on your pole journey.
In 3 hours of pole fitness basics, you will learn how to set the correct foundation with laser focus on posture, technique, safety and spotting.
What to Wear
Wear shorts and a T-shirt. Do not apply lotion the day of your workshop.
