We came, we saw and we cheered our booties off!!

Thank you to all who came out on Sunday to our last Graduation Showcase of the 2011.  What is a Graduation Showcase?

Zensual Dance Fitness runs the “Zensual Academy” a unique school-like program offering personalized dance and fitness courses of study. Every student is tracked and must meet benchmarks before advancing.

The women who attend classes are just like you and I. We all have off days, stress and, well, it’s hard to get to the studio some days.  This said, just like you and I, we also share a desire to fulfill our unique passions and foster what is truly special in our lives.  How do you get there?

In all classes, students learn how to access that inner “girl power” otherwise known as intuition.  We challenge ourselves daily and, over time, build a foundation that is strong both inside and out. With a strong foundation, we are sharper, happier, and are able to be truly present to those in our everyday lives. It’s a win-win

We are honored to spend time with so many women who we now call friends.  We’ll welcome you with open arms, hold your hand when needed and push you beyond what you thought was possible.
